SAS Web Report Studio might cancel your query if results are not returned before the HTTP session time-out is reached. By default, the session time-out is 30 minutes.

After you apply the hot fix, you can set a property that prevents the session from ending while a query is still being processed. (This property does not prevent SAS Web Report Studio from timing out if no queries are running.)

1. In SAS^® Management Console, expand Application Management ► Configuration Manager ► SAS Application Infrastructure.
2. Right-click on Web Report Studio 4.x, and select Properties.
3. In the Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
4. On the Advanced tab, click Add.
5. In the Define New Property dialog box, complete these steps:
1. For the Property Name, enter wrs.model.report.contentProvider.maxMinutes
2. For the Property Value, enter the number of minutes that you want SAS Web Report Studio to wait while a query is processing.

Note: You cannot extend Microsoft Internet Explorer beyond 60 minutes.

6. Restart your web application server in order to enforce this change.
